What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Real-Time Operations: Manage time-sensitive scheduling updates, shift changes, and continuity tasks in collaboration with care teams.
- Work Alongside AI Systems: Use intelligent tools that help you make faster, more accurate scheduling and communication decisions.
- Resolve Issues with Care and Calm: Respond professionally to last-minute changes or urgent situations—balancing empathy with execution.
- Maintain Operational Clarity: Log updates accurately and consistently to keep workflows visible and organized.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with schedulers, caregivers, and leadership to ensure smooth, reliable operations.
- Improve the Process: Identify recurring challenges and share insights that help refine how we deliver reliability at scale.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in home care, healthcare administration, scheduling, or customer operations (preferred but not required
