SDRs are frontline revenue drivers.

You will work alongside Sales Executives as part of a integral outbound team serving B2B technology companies.

- Partner with Sales Executives and a dedicated Sales Operations Manager to
- execute client campaigns
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound calling campaigns as the primary
- prospecting motion
- Build trust quickly with prospects through confident, consultative phone
- interactions
- Consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline across multiple client
- industries
- Track activity, notes, and outcomes cleanly inside CRM systems
- Maintain strong follow-up execution to convert live conversations into booked
- meetings




- Attend weekly virtual meetings to review campaign progress and scope
- PERFORMANCE KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Calling Standards
- Dialing begins no later than Day 3 of campaign start
- 250-300 outbound dials per week (minimum standard)
- 2,000+ dials per week across all assigned client accounts
- Minimum 40 hours of service per week
- Results Standards
- 15-20 qualified booked meetings per month is the target range
- Meetings must be confirmed and accepted by both client and prospect
- High activity without meetings is not considered success
- Execution Standards
- Strong call notes, dispositions, and CRM hygiene required
- Fast follow-up and conversion discipline expected
- Continuous improvement based on coaching is mandatory
- REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of proven SDR experience in an outbound environment
- English C1 Certificate required (Cambridge C1 Advanced, IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL
- 94+, or equivalent)
- Proven track record booking sales appointments for B2B clients
- Strong objection handling and ability to control conversations
- Self-starter with discipline, time management, and execution consistency
- Experience with dialers, CRM platforms, and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable being measured directly by booked meetings and output
