The role requires strong investigative skills and comfort operating in a fast‐paced, real‐time production environment.WHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events; Perform manual, functional, regression, and end‐to‐end testing across platform workflows; Validate REST APIs,integrations, and backend services using Postman; Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries; Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira; Collaborate closelywith Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client‐reported issues; Support incident triage activities and assist with release validation efforts; Validate architecture changes, new integrations, and platform enhancements prior to release; Ensure issues are resolved within SLA expectations while maintaining high client satisfaction; Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives,
