RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join one of our clients' teams.In this role, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business requirements into high-impact technical implementations.You will work closely with consultants, architects, and stakeholders, with a strong focus on developing next-generation AI-driven capabilities, including Agentforce.Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a Salesforce DeveloperStrong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIsProven experience building integrations using REST/SOAP servicesSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilitiesExperience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a consulting or client-facing environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, distributed teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSalesforce certifications are a plusNice to Have (Not Required)Experience with Agentforce or other AI/automation capabilities within SalesforceExposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or industry-specific clouds (e.G., Financial Services Cloud)Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes (e.G., Git, Copado, Gearset)Experience with integrations involving third-party platforms or enterprise systemsKey Responsibilities:Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform-native toolsTranslate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutionsBuild and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareCollaborate with consultants and architects to support end-to-end Salesforce implementationsContribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven features, including Agentforce capabilitiesEnsure code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices, testing,
