The role requires strong investigative skills and comfort operating in a fast‐paced, real‐time production environment.What You Will DoAnalyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.Perform manual, functional, regression, and end‐to‐end testing across platform workflows.Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman.Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries.Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Client Support, and GTM teams to investigate and resolve client‐reported issues.Support incident triage activities and assist with release validation efforts.Validate architecture changes, new integrations,
