Our client is a CRM strategy and integration consulting firm focused on helping growing businesses streamline operations, accelerate revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences.They combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help small and mid-sized companies connect their systems, sell more effectively, and scale with confidence.The RoleThis is not a support or admin position. We're looking for aclient-facing consultantwho can think strategically, execute efficiently, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.You'll work within a structured, collaborative delivery environment, partnering closely with Project Managers, Admins, and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes.What You'll DoLead discovery sessions to uncover and refine business + technical requirementsTranslate requirements into scalable solutions acrossSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related productsConfigure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, automation)Design and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and reporting frameworksCollaborate with Project Managers on scope, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with Admins and Developers to deliver cohesive, scalable solutionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)Support integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware like Make.Com, etc.)Manage data migration, cleanup,



and ensure data integrity best practicesBuild dashboards and reports that drive decision-makingProvide client guidance, training, and documentationTroubleshoot issues and recommend ongoing optimizationsProactively flag risks, blockers, and dependenciesTrack time accurately and consistently aligned with deliverablesWhat You Bring3+ years of hands-onSalesforce consulting experienceStrong expertise inSales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration & automation(Flows, modern tools)Proven experience leading client calls and managing stakeholdersSolid understanding of CRM strategy and sales operationsExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)Background working in team-based consulting environmentsAbility to execute within defined scope, timelines, and PM-led structuresStrong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Admins, Developers, QA)Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworksA problem-solving mindset with strong execution skillsExcellent communication—clear, structured, and client-readyNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue CloudExposure to subscription billing or complex pricing modelsFamiliarity with middleware tools like Make.ComSalesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ)Experience working with SMB or mid-market clientsWhat Success Looks LikeYou independently translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsYou deliver clean, maintainable builds aligned with best practicesYou communicate clearly with both clients and internal teamsYou thrive in a structured, PM-led environment without constant oversightYou proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements beyond initial requirements
