As a Business Analyst within IT Enterprise Applications, you will play a critical role inowning the discovery and design phases of projects and operational initiatives. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across the business toidentify pain points, define requirements, and establish clear success criteriafor system implementations across enterprise applications.You will act as thebridge between business and technical teams, translating complex functional needs into structured, actionable requirements. This role requires a strong ability tolead conversations, structure ambiguity, and drive alignment, while partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure effective delivery.In This Role You WillLead discovery and requirements definitionDrive structured conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points, business needs, and opportunities for improvement.Challenge and refine requests to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.Own the solution design phaseDefine end-to-end functional solutions for projects and tickets, including workflows, process improvements, system integrations, and data migrations.Establish clearacceptance criteriafor each piece of work delivered.Translate business needs into technical requirementsProduce high-quality documentation (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria) that enables technical teams to execute effectively.Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and implementation-ready.Build artifacts to support understanding and alignmentCreate process diagrams, workflows, and data models to visualize current and future states.Use data analysis to validate assumptions and support decision-making.Partner closely with delivery teamsWork alongside Project Managers to scope initiatives, support prioritization, and ensure alignment throughout execution.Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies,



and support solution implementation.Ensure continuity between design and deliveryAct as a point of reference during implementation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and business outcomes.Support functional testing and validationDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria, execute or support functional testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements before release.Experience You Already Have3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within IT or systems-focused environments.Proven experienceleading stakeholder conversations independently, including with senior or non-technical audiences.Strong experience inrequirements gathering, solution design, and documentationfor system implementations.Experience translating business needs intotechnical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Hands‐on experience buildingprocess diagrams (e.G., BPMN, flowcharts) and documenting workflows.Experience working with or implementing enterprise systems such asSalesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or Workday.Strong analytical skills, including experienceworking with data, reports, and metrics to support decisions.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to structure complex topics clearly.What We're Looking ForAbility tooperate with autonomy and ownershipin ambiguous environments.Strongfacilitation and stakeholder management skills.Structured thinking and attention to detail, with a focus onbusiness outcomes over outputs.Comfortable balancingbig‐picture design with hands‐on execution.Proactive mindset with the ability todrive conversations and decisions forward.We are an equal‐opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.
