Your mission will be to transform QA into a strategic enabler of delivery, reliability, and player experience, ensuring high-quality standards across Web, Mobile, and backend systems in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.In this role, you'llLead and evolve the QA strategy across products, teams, and markets.Own end-to-end product quality across Web, Mobile, and backend systems.Coordinate QA efforts across squads, ensuring high-quality releases and scalable processes.Drive automation initiatives and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.Monitor quality KPIs and continuously improve processes, workflows, and delivery standards.Mentor and support QA team members across manual and automation testing practices.What we look for in an exceptional candidate5+ years of experience in QA,
