Job SummaryAt Salesforce, we're seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI‐driven solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and foster enduring client relationships while applying innovative technology to redefine customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesManage a territory of Commercial Accounts / Mid Market in Argentina.Employ sales knowledge, new technologies, and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers.Use extensive knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Agentforce, to articulate how the Salesforce product stack delivers tailored solutions to transform customer engagement.Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce's capabilities can deliver impact at scale.Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our adecuado customer profile.Lead discovery conversations, unearthing prospective customers' critical business needs and resolving how Agentforce can be a solution.Conduct in‐depth discovery sessions to assess client business needs and demonstrate Agentforce as a detailed scalable solution.Craft and present compelling points of view (POVs)



that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce across technical and business partners.Collaborate across cross‐functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.Highlight how our solutions align seamlessly with clients' long‐term strategic objectives.Apply discovery skills to present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.Qualifications3+ years of experience in commercial B2B sales within highly technical sales contexts.Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and the agent platform, including configuration, automation, API integration.Experience with AI‐driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud).Sophisticated intuition for business and ability to conduct technical discovery mapping client needs to Salesforce's platform and Agentforce capabilities.Strong technical selling skills, including explaining AI models to non‐technical clients and translating AI capabilities to business outcomes.Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.Skill Set / TechnologiesSalesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.CharacteristicsOutstanding blend of technical depth and sales competence,
