Typically manages a single large or mega project or multiple, complex projects/programs with some high risk elements.





Ability to visualize and design new concepts and ideas related to technical/functional projects.

Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and sometimes lead organizational change effectively within project scope.

Solutions are derived from interpreted and applied general information and consultation with other individuals.

Typically manages work directly through project leads or other project managers.

Often serve as a proposal manager for large and mega projects.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrated capability of overseeing large‑scale projects with responsibility for the full performance of the project (planning, directing, supervising and controlling all technical, fiscal and administrative functions).
- Procurement of equipment/materials on Worley paper, subcontracting and materials plan, multiple contracts on Worley paper.
- Capability to manage mixed contracting strategy such as Unit Price, Lump Sum, Reimbursable.
