We are building a scalable organic growth engine focused on programmatic SEO, high-intent landing pages, and AI-assisted content operations and we’re looking for an SEO Content Specialist to help lead execution.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Content Production & Publishing

- Create SEO briefs for:
- Industry pages
- Role pages
- Location pages
- Service pages
- Long-form blog content

- Optimize pages for search intent, conversions, and topical authority
- Review and refine AI-generated content to align with brand voice and quality standards
- Publish and QA content in the CMS
- Optimize:

- Titles
- Meta descriptions
- Headers
- Internal linking
- Page structure

- Maintain content consistency across templates and landing pages

2. AI-Assisted Content Operations

- Build and maintain AI prompt workflows for different page types
- Run multi-step content generation workflows:
- Outline creation
- Draft generation
- Editing
- QA





- Improve efficiency while maintaining content quality
- Create SOPs and documentation for content production workflows
- Identify opportunities to scale content operations using AI

3. Programmatic SEO & Landing Page Scaling

- Support the creation and scaling of:
- Industry pages
- Role pages
- Location pages
- Comparison pages

- Work closely with brand marketing and design to improve template performance
- Help structure scalable internal linking systems
- Ensure content remains unique, useful, and non-duplicative at scale

4. Technical SEO QA

- Perform SEO QA checks across published pages
- Monitor:
- Indexability
- Canonical tags
- Redirects
- Metadata
- Crawlability
- Sitemap health

- Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues proactively
- Work with engineering or Webflow developers to resolve issues

5. Reporting & Growth Support

- Monitor performance in:
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Ahrefs/Semrush

- Track content performance and keyword growth
- Support ongoing SEO experiments and growth initiatives
- Maintain weekly reporting on shipped work and performance impact

- Growth in organic traffic, impressions, and conversions
- Faster scaling of SEO content using AI-assisted workflows
- Strong content quality with minimal post-publish revisions

Requirements

Must-Haves

- 4+ years of SEO content or SEO operations experience
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Experience working with AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience creating SEO briefs and content outlines
- Hands-on large scale CMS publishing experience, particularly with Word Press
- Familiarity with:
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- Ahrefs / Semrush

- Strong attention to detail and QA skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and content pipelines independently

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with programmatic SEO
- Experience scaling location or role-based SEO pages
- Technical SEO knowledge
