Job Summary The Project Associate will drive and support overall project management activities to ensure successful execution of clinical trials, ranging from single service studies to full-scope or multiple protocol and/or integral projects.
This role requires coordination of project tasks, maintenance of documentation, communication with stakeholders, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
A Project Associate may be allocated at the Sr.
Project Associate level within a large project team or on a small project.
Responsibilities Drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.
Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient execution of projects.
Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to drive the successful completion of short and long‐term goals.
Maintain and distribute study‐specific financial reports and contribute to the study's financial health using financial processes and systems.
Document project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Lead communication between project team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.
Document and address project risks and issues, driving timely follow‐through and completion.
Maintain systems and project management tools and methodologies.
Drive quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review, prepare documentation, and follow through to resolution of actionable issues.




Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or nursing.
Project management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage time and work independently.
High proficiency with full MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.
Travel if necessary preferred (approximately 5%).
Effective verbal and written skills in English.
