Experiencia Cualificado
7+ años de experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B en empresas de tecnología (SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data o AI).
Experiencia previa en Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud o NetSuite es un plus.
Comprobado historial de interacción con C-Level (CEO, CIO, CMO, CFO) y manejo de ciclos de venta complejos (6–12 meses).
Capacidad de estructurar casos de negocio sólidos (ROI, TCO, Payback) para justificar inversión tecnológica.
Experiencia regional o multinacional en LATAM, gestionando territorios o clientes corporativos.
Competencias Técnicas y Comerciales
Venta consultiva y value-based selling.
Diseño y argumentación de business cases basados en impacto financiero.
Planeación y ejecución de go-to-market strategies por industria.
Capacidad de conectar soluciones como Sales, Service, Marketing, Data o AI Cloud con resultados de negocio.
Manejo fluido de forecasting, pipeline management y metodologías como Sandler.
Excelentes habilidades de storytelling y comunicación ejecutiva (presentaciones para board o C-Level).




Habilidades Interpersonales y de Liderazgo
Relationship Builder: genera confianza y credibilidad rápidamente.
Escucha activa, empatía comercial y orientación a soluciones.
Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con equipos de presales, partners y marketing.
Liderazgo informal: inspira y eleva el rendimiento de los equipos alrededor.
Educación y Formación Deseada
Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería, Negocios o afines.
MBA, Diplomado en Innovación o programas ejecutivos.
