Job Overview
The Nursing Home Surveyor (Nurse Consultant I) position involves regulatory activities to determine compliance of nursing homes with federal and state requirements through inspections.
Job Responsibilities
Survey nursing homes during routine surveys and complaint investigations.
Complete survey reports, including statements of deficiency and complaint allegation findings.
Requirements
Registered Nurse license in the State of North Carolina.
One year of experience in the area of specialization.
Must pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training.
Strong clinical background, including assessment, care planning, and delivery of care.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to compose technical reports using good grammar.
Compensation & Benefits




Salary Range: $62,044 - $102,371.
