THE ROLEAs an Associate, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and launching paid social campaigns, implementing account tasks and optimizations, trafficking creative assets, running and formatting performance reports, and supporting ongoing testing initiatives.
You will also participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow‐ups.WHAT YOU'LL DOImplement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progressCollect, analyze, and process large amounts of dataManage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projectsCraft clear and compelling internal and external communicationsWork collaboratively and cross‐functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clientsMaintain a working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and SnapchatPrepare weekly/monthly reports and make recommendations for optimizationWHAT YOU BRING1+ years of paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologyDesire to quickly learn and master social channelsProven prior work experience in a production‐oriented or similar roleStrong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbersHigh level of independence,
