We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities: ● Provide customer support via phone calls, live chat, and email.
● Assist customers with inquiries such as reservation cancellations or modifications.
● Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide clear solutions.
● Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented experience.
● Maintain clear communication and take ownership of customer requests.
Requirements: ● Fluent English level C1 (mandatory).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
● Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
● Proactive attitude.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have: ● Previous experience working in SaaS environments.
