Next Frontier Strategic Initiatives Manager

Next Frontier Operations Leader
Position Summary
The Next Frontier Strategic Initiatives Manager supports in reporting on the program and executing on key strategic initiatives for the Next Frontier portfolio.
This role works closely with Global Next Frontier Tech/AI Leader and Operations Lead to ensure consistent reporting across the portfolio, including enabling driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the leadership reporting cadence by consolidating inputs into executive‐ready updates, dashboards, and briefing materials with clear narrative, progress, risks, and decision asks.
Translate executive guidance to actionable plans and drive follow‐through across stakeholders to closure.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Clear, concise executive communication and presentation capability e.g., leadership reporting.
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influence skills.
Entrepreneurialism, curiosity,



and the ability to get things done in a startup‐like environment.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business / Technology / or related fields.
Experience
10+ years of experience in technology related environments.
Experience in supporting senior leadership in complex initiatives.
Experienced working in global, matrixed delivery environments.
Location and Work Timings
Buenos Aries, Argentina
Should be versátil and open to covering US‐West Coast work timings (PST)
