We're looking for a driven SDR who thrives in high-volume outreach and knows how to turn conversations into booked meetings.
You'll own the top of the funnel, engage fast-moving ecommerce brands, and help fuel a high-growth Amazon-focused agency.
This role is built for someone competitive, organized, and hungry to grow into a bigger sales role over time.

Location:
Latin America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Follow up with inbound leads within ***** minutes via phone and SMS
Run outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit
Book discovery calls for the sales team using provided workflows and templates
Keep CRM activity fully updated and organized at all times
Track outreach performance and hit weekly KPIs
Share daily progress updates including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with measurable results
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners across US-facing markets
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Highly organized with strong self‐management skills
Resilient mindset and confidence handling high-volume outreach
Applicants based in Latin America or overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred
