This role focuses on identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users, ensuring infrastructure stability across multiple client environments, and reducing recurring incidents in managed IT settings.ResponsibilitiesMonitor system-generated alerts and proactively address infrastructure and network issuesIdentify, document, and track remediation tasks until resolutionPerform root cause analysis on recurring system and network issuesSupport and troubleshoot networking components, including switches, access points,



and wireless connectivityIdentify wireless coverage issues such as dead zones and assist with resolution planningMaintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentationPrepare audit findings and performance insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Collaborate with internal teams to improve stability, reduce reactive ticket volume, and prevent repeat issuesRequirementsExperience in Level 2 IT support, infrastructure support, or a proactive monitoring roleHands-on experience troubleshooting networking components such as switches and access pointsStrong understanding of wireless networks, connectivity issues, and basic network architectureExperience performing root cause analysis for system and infrastructure issuesExperience working in Microsoft-based environmentsAbility to support and prioritize work across multiple client environmentsStrong verbal and written English communication skills for client-facing interactionsProactive mindset with a focus on prevention, ownership, and continuous improvement
