As a Technical Support professional, you will ensure proper tracking, management, and improvement of performance in performance‐based contracts.
Role Overview
The role involves participation in the Managed Job Cycle (MtJC) process, serving as a subject‐matter expert, supporting field operations via online, phone, and technical papers, sharing knowledge across the organization, following up on field failures, raising alerts on unfamiliar technical issues, coaching wellsite personnel, communicating with engineering and technology organizations, and working with product‐line teams to understand performance challenges, root‐cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the MtJC process
Act as subject‐matter expert for assigned support area
Support field activities through online, phone, and technical papers
Submit best practices, case histories, and lessons learned to the knowledge‐management database
Follow up on field failures requiring technology involvement and share learning across the field
Raise alerts across the Service Delivery organization when unfamiliar technical issues arise
Coach wellsite field personnel
Communicate with engineering and technology teams on issues and lessons learned
Perform product‐line specific responsibilities
Work with assigned teams to understand performance challenges,



root‐cause and corrective actions
Ensure after‐action reviews are completed for all jobs
Provide on‐demand support aligned with product portfolio or on‐call schedule
Mentor junior technical support staff and engineers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Initiative, self‐driven and versátil
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Ability to develop and mentor others
Availability on call outside normal business hours
Excellent communication skills
Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements
Significant operational experience in a similar role
