RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training in basic, common, and core competencies in Center-Based and Community-Based/Industry-Based programs.
Prepare session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner's Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation.
Develop competency-based learning materials (CBLM) devices.
Conduct studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction.
Prepare and administer tests to evaluate instructions.
Provide guidance and support to trainees.
Keep records, prepare and submit required reports.
Repair tools and equipment and maintain machines/equipment used in the training programs.
Conduct trainer's training in special courses/trades.
Coordinate with industry groups/associations and non-government organizations in the implementation of PTC training programs.
Implement special training projects for specific clients.
Conduct competency assessments.
Perform other related functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
Experience: None required.
Training: None required.
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) of either Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II or Computer System Servicing NC II.
Must be a trainer and assessor.
Good oral and written communication.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.




Good interpersonal relationships and work attitude.
Good moral character and work ethics.
Can work under pressure.

Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised ****).
Service Records/Certificate of Employment.
List of training programs attended indicating the number of training hours together with photocopies of training certificates.
Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating in the last rating period of at least Very Satisfactory (if applicable).
List of at least five references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories: Superior, Subordinates (if applicable), Clients (if applicable).
Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II; if applicable.
Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma.
Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
