We are expanding our Argentina-based global shared service Accounts Payable team with a Middle Accountant role.
You will manage AP bookkeeping under US GAAP, execute bank payments, and complete SAP close activities while supporting audits and stakeholder requests.
Apply to join a team that values accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvementResponsibilitiesAssess expenditure supporting documents and verify the correctness of accounting attributesProcess domestic and international wire transfers and run batch or individual bank payments to EPAM counterpartiesExecute US GAAP bookkeeping for expenditures by type and record linked accounts payable and bank payment entriesComplete month-end close for assigned SAP accounts by adhering to established proceduresEngage with local statutory accountants to resolve bookkeeping issues when necessaryProvide explanations and supporting documents to the Senior or Lead Accountant for relevant companies when requiredAddress internal and external inquiries, participate in meetings, and supply audit support documentationParticipate in process improvement work with the IT development team, identify improvements,
