We are searching for a SAP FICO Consultant to join our organization.

Lead workshops to gather business requirements and conduct gap analysis by evaluating current processes and mapping them to SAP capabilities Prepare comprehensive functional documentation and test plans, and oversee user acceptance testing with key business stakeholders Present SAP solution recommendations to the design committee for feedback and approval Oversee the setup and deployment of SAP FICO modules to ensure effective delivery Guide stakeholders in utilizing SAP standard features and minimizing custom development Design and support integration between SAP and external platforms Partner with SAP developers to implement custom coding when needed Participate in SAP projects, including new system rollouts, upgrades, enhancements,



and application extensions Work closely with teams across different functions and applications to ensure solutions meet business needs Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience configuring SAP FICO modules Background in product costing for repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing sectors Strong understanding of FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP modules Demonstrated experience in multiple SAP projects, including end-to-end implementations in finance and controlling Involvement in at least 2 full SAP implementation projects Ability to assess the cross-functional impact of SAP process and configuration changes Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation Ability to align with both business and IT goals Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities Experience working in multicultural teams Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle and SAP implementation best practices Eagerness to stay updated on SAP technology advancements Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at B2+ level or higher Background or training in finance or costing to enhance your effectiveness in SAP FICO roles
