Remote (preferably in Argentina)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist with a focus on Data Architecture to join our remote team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing robust data architectures that support the company's strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing, as well as proficiency in cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable data architectures that align with business requirements and support data analytics, machine learning, and other data-driven initiatives.
- Data Integration: Design and manage data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Database Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data warehousing and business intelligence efforts.
- Cloud Solutions: Leverage cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to build and manage scalable data environments.
- Data Governance: Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architectures, models, and integration processes.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance,



including indexing, query optimization, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, database management, and data integration.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and tools (e.g., ERwin, Visio).
- Proficiency in ETL tools and processes.
- Experience with cloud data solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, Azure SQL Database).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Language : Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
