Job Overview In Argentina within the baking/fintech industry, we are actively seeking a
Senior .NET Developer
with an
AI‑first mindset
to join our team. Your mission will be to design and develop high‑performance backend microservices in both cloud and on‑prem environments, leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing with .NET (version 8+) and microservices architectures.
Solid experience with SQL Server and MongoDB (query optimization and design).
Proficiency in building REST APIs and working with messaging systems.
Hands‑on experience with Docker and basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
Advanced testing skills with a strong focus on unit and integration testing.
Regular and critical use of AI tools for development (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor).
Experience with version control via Git Hub and quality gates like Sonar Qube.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with a commitment to deliverables.
Nice‑to‑have skills
Experience with Kafka or other advanced messaging queues.




Knowledge of Apache NiFi for data routing and transformation.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins).
Responsibilities
Design and develop robust microservices in .NET 8+, applying an AI‑first approach for coding, refactoring, and analysis.
Collaborate with Business, QA, and Development teams to accelerate requirement refinement and technical solutioning.
Optimize system performance, code quality, and maintainability with AI assistance while ensuring SOLID principles.
Design and optimize complex queries in both relational (SQL Server) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
Integrate AI into the entire development lifecycle, including automated testing, documentation, and early issue detection in code reviews.
Ensure a responsible and secure use of AI tools, validating and correcting outputs with critical thinking.
Promote a continuous improvement mindset focused on high impact and technical excellence.
