En Dentsu Creative buscamos Digital Project Manager / Web Design Studio (con inglés avanzado)

The Project Manager for the Web Design Studio oversees web design projects from initiation to completion. This role focuses on project planning, cross-functional team coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. The Project Manager drives collaboration, monitors project progress, and implements process improvements while supporting a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage web design projects, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Lead regular project meetings, communicate status and risks, and address issues proactively.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.




- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support efficient project execution.
- Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and studio standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
- Drive process improvements and facilitate post-project evaluations to apply lessons learned.

Qualifications:

- English Advanced
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing web design or digital projects.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
