Main mission of the role:

Develop content, creative concepts, and strategic ideas that build brand value. Direct and guard the graphic & creative conceptualization of the brand.

Role functions:

- Position Kavak as the #1 brand in the category generating outstanding creativity/ideas/design.
- Creates big ideas and master graphics for all campaigns. Develops relevant communication through a variety of media channels, delivering outstanding assets & ideas. Have in-depth knowledge of formats best practices and requirements across channels: OOH, TV, digital, social media.




- Leads junior creatives
- Evaluate trends: Knows what’s trending online and what other brands are doing.

Hard Skills

- A minimum of 8+ years working in advertising. Notably creative and executional excellence.
- Leaders and owners mindset.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Regional / Integral experience preferred.

Soft skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Notably creative, inspiring leader, and expert storyteller.
- Executional excellence: Organized and efficient while working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Highly responsible: Empowered to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and unity for all the brand assets.

- Art design tracking throughout the project (Video, OOH, Brand)
