Suessa is seeking a Junior Web Operations Developer to join the Web Operations team of a premier multinational lab.

This team is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of web platforms by resolving incidents, executing service requests (catalog items), and supporting continuous improvements.

This role is adecuado for someone starting their career in software development who wants to gain hands-on experience working with real production systems, while also contributing to internal development initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Support and resolve incidents affecting web platforms, ensuring timely restoration of services.
- Execute service catalog requests related to web solutions and platform operations.
- Monitor applications and proactively identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform maintenance activities on existing web components and solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and analyze complex issues.
- Contribute to small enhancements and internal development tasks when required.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Assist in integrating data from backend services and APIs.
- Document solutions, fixes, and operational procedures.
- Communicate clearly about incidents, root causes, and resolution steps.





Requirements

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) in progress.
- Experience in software development or technical support roles.
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies:
- HTML, CSS, Java Script;
- Basic understanding of backend (e.g., PHP, Node.js, or similar);
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services;
- Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

Desirable

- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira).
- Basic knowledge of cloud or container technologies (Docker, etc.).
- Exposure to monitoring tools or Dev Ops practices.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
