- Conduct contract review, drafting, and negotiation while managing legal and business risks.
- Perform legal research and case analysis to provide actionable recommendations and insights.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and due diligence activities.
- Assess regulatory compliance across corporate and legal matters, including M&A;‑related processes.
- Design legal system prompts, workflows, and evaluation rubrics for AI‑powered legal applications.
- Participate in multi‑turn legal conversations and task evaluations to improve legal AI accuracy.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professional integrity.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and technical teams to improve legal tools and applications.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong expertise in corporate law, legal research,



and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience with contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Background in litigation support, dispute resolution, and due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and legal best practices.
- Experience contributing to legal systems, workflows, applications, or digital legal tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with AI‑driven legal tools, conversational agents, or legal workflow automation.
- Background designing prompts, rubrics, or structured legal evaluation systems.
- Experience managing complex legal conversations and application‑driven workflows.
