Responsibilities

- Work with Marketing Analysts, Analytics engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers
- Partner with marketing team on cross‑functional projects to find opportunities to increase efficiency and scale our business effectively
- Design and build dashboards and self‑service tooling in Looker to enable a large, multi‑faceted growth organization to do their best work.
- Collaborate closely with our analytics engineering team, building a clean, highly scalable marketing data modeling infrastructure in Snowflake (using dbt)
- Work closely with Marketing Leadership on complex questions to drive the most optimal growth strategies
- Suggest and perform analysis of landing pages, A/B tests, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives
- Drive target audience segmentation, attribution modeling, lead generation analytics, paid and unpaid channels optimizations
- Own and optimize data connections within our marketing stack to get the right data in front of our stakeholders where they work
- Design & implement the best attribution model strategy

Qualifications

- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics team
- Hands‑on experience in Looker
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving abilities




- Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
