- Implement reusable templates and components;
- Configure search, navigation, and permissions;
- Collaborate with client IT and automation teams;
- Recommend best practices and scalable solutions;
- Balance out-of-the-box Share Point solutions versus custom implementations.MUST HAVES- 3+ years of experience with Share Point Online and Microsoft 365;
- Experience with SPFx customization;
- Experience with Share Point architecture, permissions, and navigation;
- Experience with enterprise document management and search;
- Experience implementing responsive intranet and portal solutions;
- Experience with operational and internal enterprise platforms;
- Strong communication skills;
- Consultative mindset;
- Ability to work with operational stakeholders;
- Pragmatic decision-making under tight timelines;
- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Exposure to Power Platform;
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API;
- Experience with React and Type Script;
- Experience in manufacturing or operations environments;
