What role we're hiring for:We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Client Implementation Engineer based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina!You'll act as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value.What you'll be responsible for in this role:Pre-implementation (planning, setup)Implementation (deployment, integration)Post-implementation (support, optimization)Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clientsHelp improve platform, tooling, and reusable componentsServe as a subject matter expert and mentor othersIdentify process improvements and automation opportunitiesWhat experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:3–5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.)Strong experience with:Java-based systems (implementation/support)SQL & NoSQL databasesLinux/Unix command lineREST APIs (Postman or similar)Ability to improve processes and automate workflowsPayments, card systems, or banking integrationsAWS, Kubernetes,
