We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director based in Latin America to lead our business development and sales efforts!
This role is critical to strengthening Every Matrix’s position as a key technology partner in the region and driving revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. The idóneo candidate has a proven track record in Lat Am iGaming sales, deep industry connections, and the ability to navigate both emerging and established markets across the continent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the overall African market goals.
- Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders within the Lat Am iGaming ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent Every Matrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events across Lat Am and internationally.
- Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.
- Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity in key Lat Am markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the Lat Am iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of securing and growing iGaming accounts across multiple Lat Am countries.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, payment systems, and local operator needs.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
