We are looking for an exceptional Deck Designer who specializes in Brand Storytelling, Business Strategy, and big-idea presentations . This role is for someone who understands that great decks don’t just look impressive — they clarify thinking, influence decisions, and help ideas get funded and approved .

You’ll transform complex ideas into clean, compelling, executive-ready presentations that balance narrative, structure, and standout design. If you thrive in fast-moving, idea-driven environments and know how to make slides both beautiful and persuasive, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Presentation & Visual Storytelling

- Design high-impact strategy, pitch, and executive-level decks
- Turn rough outlines, brainstorms, and early concepts into polished presentations
- Create slides that balance storytelling, data, and visual clarity
- Develop diagrams, frameworks, charts, and visual systems that make complex ideas instantly understandable

Design Excellence

- Craft visually strong layouts with excellent use of typography, hierarchy, spacing, and color
- Ensure every slide supports the narrative flow and builds toward a clear conclusion
- Maintain consistency across presentations while elevating overall visual standards

Collaboration & Iteration

- Partner closely with strategists,



writers, and leadership to shape deck narratives
- Translate abstract or ambiguous ideas into structured visual stories
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while contributing strong creative direction
- Help evolve internal deck templates, standards, and visual systems

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience designing strategy decks, pitch decks, or executive presentations
- Exceptional visual taste and attention to design fundamentals
- Strong storytelling instincts — you understand pacing, narrative build, and slide flow
- Expert proficiency in Power Point, Google Slides, Keynote, or Figma
- Experience designing for senior audiences (executives, founders, investors)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Detail-oriented but efficient — able to balance quality with speed

Nice to Have

- Experience working with AI, technology, or innovation-driven brands
- Ability to add light motion, animations, or transitions that enhance clarity (not distraction)
- Strong understanding of branding and adapting decks across visual identities
- Experience transforming unclear or messy thinking into clear, structured narratives
