We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in customer service to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

- Handle and respond to 75+ inbound customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate support;
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions;
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, conversations, and tickets in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience;
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in internal systems;
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing process improvements;
- Proactively identify patterns in customer issues and suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or knowledge base;
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team goals and performance metrics;
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a continuous willingness to learn and grow;

Requirements





- Proven experience in customer service/support or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries;
- Previous experience with real estate is a plus;
- Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and general computer skills;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively;
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management);
- Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus;

- Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
- Starting salary between 6$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
