Hybrid Work: Marcus Thomas offers a hybrid work environment for employees located near our Buenos Aires or Santiago, Chile offices.RoleThe ideal candidate for the Solutions Architect position will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, a general knowledge of Data 360 and CRM, and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to clients.As the project solutions lead, the Solutions Architect is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements for the project team and executing tasks related to configuration, development, and validation.They ensure the quality and integrity of the overall solution throughout the project lifecycle.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct design, discovery and technical walkthroughs with assigned clientsDevelop and conduct custom training sessions for assigned clients where applicableLead project delivery in close partnership with the Project Manager and Account Manager, ensuring execution aligns with scope, timelines, and client expectationsProvide solution and strategy direction across the project lifecyclePrepare technical and functional documentationEstimate complexity and effort for high-impact tasks and projectsIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategies during design and development phasesCollaborate with Technical Architects to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business/solution designSupport troubleshooting of high-complexity defects and production issuesParticipate in pre-sales efforts by providing solution feasibility, architecture input, and scoping support when requiredMentor solutions specialists, provide coaching, and promote continuous improvement within the practiceSkills and QualificationsExperience with Marketing Cloud EngagementExperience with Salesforce Sales (CRM), Agentforce and/or Service Cloud is a plusExperience using LucidChart or a similar tool to create diagramsParticipation in projects using Project Management Methodologies such as Lean, Agile,
