About the Role

In this role, you'll join the R&D; Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting to make life science R&D; organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance.
You'll help organizations adapt during periods of change driven by new operating models, strategies, processes, technologies, or combinations thereof.
Responsibilities
Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand their business goals, processes, operations, and expectations.
Develop customer proposals that clearly demonstrate understanding of needs and objectives, approach and solution, and the commercial construct required to deliver projects.
Create engagement strategies and plans, and present findings and recommendations to team members.
Provide quality management oversight of project deliverables.
Develop content for business development opportunities with prospective customers.
Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business.




Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or an equivalent industry role.
Experience working in one or more R&D; operational roles, either in industry or consulting.
Engagement management experience.
Strong presentation and business development skills.
Desired Requirements
Master's degree in life sciences or business.
