You will coordinate with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects.
**What You Will Do*** Assist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project* Possess knowledge of architectural design principals, technical details, codes, and material characteristics* Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specification, and material selections required for construction* Preparing and ensuring accuracy of technical documents* Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives* Produce architectural drawing* Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials* Other assigned responsibilities**Your Qualifications*** Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent* Licensed or registered architect* 5 years of project experience in an architectural practice* 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills* Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft office* Additional software skills in AutoCAD, 3d Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus* Working knowledge of building codes,
