As an SAP Project Manager, you'll oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of SAP migration projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsabilidades
Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation through to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines; ensure adherence to plans and adjust as required.
Assemble and manage project teams, including internal resources and consultants; provide leadership, direction, and support.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle; manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact on objectives.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Monitor and control project quality, ensuring deliverables meet required standards and business requirements.
Provide regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks,



and issues.
Foster continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned from each project.
Requisitos
Proven experience of 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP modules, and migration strategies; familiarity with SAP tools and methodologies; experience with RISE, ECC, and S/4 HANA.
Brazilian taxes localization.
Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; budget control.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with SAP products and technologies.
Multinational project experience or exposure to integral SAP implementations.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Good background in SAP modules.
