What role you will play in our team
As a Tax Compliance Analyst (Associate), you will support U.S. and Canadian tax compliance processes, contributing to accurate reporting, analysis, and filing obligations.
This role combines technical tax knowledge with analytical thinking and a strong focus on process improvement and innovation.
You will work in a collaborative, integral environment, leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
What you will do
Prepare and support the filing of U.S. and Canadian tax returns
Analyze business transactions to determine appropriate tax treatment
Calculate and process tax payments accurately and timely
Perform account reconciliations and follow up on open items
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compliance and audit-related matters
Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and digital tools
About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics (or within 4 months of graduation)
Advanced English proficiency
Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
Knowledge of international taxation (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Power BI knowledge is a plus
