You will be working directly with the Product Director to align strategy and execution.ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and overall product strategy.Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director and key stakeholders.Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and guide decision-making together with the Product Director.Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer feedback, market research, and data-driven insights.Translate business needs into clear software specifications (epics, user stories) and collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and deployment.Participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, and sprint ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Stay informed on emerging AI technologies (LLMs, chatbots, RAG, automation, etc.)



and identify opportunities to integrate them into Intraway's product ecosystem.Occasionally support the sales team with customer presentations, demos, and product deep-dives to showcase technical and business value.This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management, Customers, Business Owners and other stakeholders.Required SkillsRequired skills to be part of our amazing team:2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.Proven experience in software development using backend, frontend and cloud technologies.Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.Experience managing complete product life cycles, including evaluating technologies, supporting estimation and budgeting for pre-sales and technical proposals, and contributing to planning and roadmaps.Familiarity with enterprise software technologies and modern development practices/tools, such as virtual environments, source control, remote collaboration, and issue tracking.Bilingual or advanced English level.A proactive, hands-on attitude — a true"roll up your sleeves and get it done"mindset, with a track record of problem-solving and results-oriented execution.Highly Valued – We're excited if you have this experience, but don't worry if you don't!
