Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions.
You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in SAP FI Taxes (FI - AP/AR) is required.
Develop a deep understanding of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technical requirements.
Provide guidance and insights to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices within the team.
