The major areas of responsibility will be leading the recruitment teams in Argentina and Mexico and finding and hiring great engineers.
Responsibilities
Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers;
Tracking recruitment team productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
Participating in creating/updating recruitment-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;
Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, and availability of candidates on the market;
Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
Making sure that the team members follow all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements, and processes;
Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
Highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and vacancy promotion on the market;
Requirements
7+ years of experience in recruitment;
5+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry;
Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English;
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
Service and delivery approach;
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges;




Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources;
