You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving user experience, and delivering elegant,



scalable design solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile platformsConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisionsTranslate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiencesCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholdersContribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component librariesUse data and user feedback to iterate and improve product performanceAdvocate for user experience and design best practices across the organizationRequirements5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar rolesStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design workExpertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarDeep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principlesExperience working in agile, cross-functional product teamsAbility to balance business goals with user needs and technical constraintsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SaaS or digital product environments is highly preferredBasic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plusBenefits Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
