Thomson Reuters is the client, a leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, serving four primary customer groups.Position OverviewThe Customer Service Executive provides 1st level Technical support for Thomson Reuters line of software and services.
Handles customer inquiries promptly, professionally and knowledgeably.
This role has a strong influence on customer satisfaction.
Handles inquiries via phone, email or chat regarding technical issues with software, hardware, online or electronic products.
Maintains a clear focus on inquiry resolution and ensures that all necessary actions are taken to resolve a customer's inquiry in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner.
May respond to inquiries regarding a specific or more complex product or a specific customer depending on size or revenue tied to customer, etc.Essential ResponsibilitiesOffers expert advice and help to clients over various channels, relating to the use of Thomson Reuters applicationsManages resolution processes and assumes ownership of technical queriesEnsures customers are kept up to date about the status of their query by providing effective and accurate follow-upContinuously enhances personal and business competencies,
such as product and market knowledgeBuilds an extensive network throughout the company to facilitate quick and efficient resolutionManages the customer relationship through the use of Siebel CRMIdentifies and escalates obstacles influencing timely resolution to customer requestsMaintains expected service levels in the specific group and centerAdheres to proper escalation policies keeping severity levels accurate and management awarenessPerforms other assignments as requested by the managerAim to resolve as many calls as possible in one customer interactionMaintains a polite, professional attitude to all clientsStrives for high satisfaction levels for LATAM clientsRequired Skills and ExperienceLogical approach to problem solving and analytical thinkingExcellent service skills including active listening and understanding customer needsAbility to work under pressureProven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive and drivenGood time management and organizational skills to prioritize workloadDemonstrates urgency, energy and enthusiasmAdapts quickly to a changing environmentLanguage skills: Native Portuguese and English higher intermediate or advancedExcellent IT skillsStrong knowledge in Network TechnologyKnowledge of TCP/IP ProtocolsWindows Operating SystemsLAN/WAN TechnologyPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with Thomson Reuters Products and business is a plusNo previous experience required, although 1 year of experience is a plusSpanish would be a plus (not mandatory)Education / CertificationsDegree in Technology, Systems Engineer or Communications EngineerSalary and BenefitsSalary will be negotiated from R$ 4,000 to R$ 5,000, depending on candidate's knowledge.
Benefits: 3 vacation weeks, 3 bonuses per year and medical insurance.
Company will pay 1 month of hotel or apartment, until candidate finds his/her own place.
