About The Role
The Financials IT Specialist – Associate supports the delivery and maintenance of IT solutions by performing basic configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Under guidance, they ensure system stability and data accuracy while building foundational IT skills and learning core business processes and technologies.
The role contributes to small-scale enhancements and collaborates with IT teams and business users to resolve routine issues.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoots and resolves routine system issues with guidance.
Assists with minor enhancements and small-scale IT projects.
Configures system components using predefined rules and performs basic data maintenance.
Participates in testing activities using predefined scripts and documents results.
Demonstrates basic understanding of business processes, data structures, and IT components.
Builds and maintains working relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
Collaborates with IT teams and service providers to maintain system integrity and integration.




Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Advanced English skills.
Understanding of SAP Financial modules (FI, PRA, Procurement, TAX).
Experience in SAP S4 HANA or R3/ECC 6.0.
Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
