A Day In The Life
The Paid Media Strategist owns the execution, performance, and growth of paid media advertising campaigns within their book of business.
They are oriented toward client business success, tying efforts to greater business goals.
They are self-starters who autonomously own responsibilities and work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve strategy within the broader media mix.
They own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and routine campaign management, sometimes with support of a specialist.
They provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes.
Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific source of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify).
Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge.
Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals.
Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients.
Utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible.




Participate in development of new department training materials.
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
Requirements
2-3 years of digital marketing experience, 1+ years in an agency setting.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development.
Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads.
Proficiency in Google, Microsoft, and Office Suite(s).
Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently.
Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company.
