and labelingPerform cross-connects and patch panel workTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issuesDocument all work with photos and detailed notesCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experienceStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber)Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environmentsOwn transportation and ability to work on-siteProfessional communication skills in EnglishData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferredNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferredExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferredFamiliarity with major colocation providers - preferredStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment
