We are currently on the lookout for a
People Advisory Specialist
who will function as an autonomous operational member of the People Partnership and Advisory team, supporting every stage of the employee journey across the organization.
This role offers guidance to managers and staff on HR practices, policy clarification, employee relations, and compliance topics at the country or location level.
Serve as a steady go-to contact for managers and employees on common people-related questions Lead stakeholders through key checkpoints of the employee experience, providing a consistent and frictionless interaction Turn company policies into actionable recommendations adapted to particular situations Address employee issues and assist in resolving workplace concerns fairly and without delay Join forces with teams across departments to support the rollout of people-oriented programs and initiatives Keep thorough records and documentation tied to people-related actions and case submissions Watch for emerging patterns and share observations to strengthen people practices and daily operations Contribute to ongoing enhancement efforts by suggesting upgrades to existing procedures and tools A Bachelor's or Master's academic qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law,
or a similar discipline At least 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory, or comparable HR operational positions Direct hands-on background with onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding stages within the employee lifecycle Functional knowledge of talent management methods, including growth planning and career development support Participation in performance management cycles, covering goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback conversations Strong base in employee relations, including dealing with confidential matters and contributing to conflict resolution Dependable familiarity with policy and compliance areas, along with the ability to interpret and put internal guidelines into practice Insight into the people management workflows that exist within a company Practical awareness of local employment laws and statutes relevant to the geography being supported Hands-on usage of HR platforms and tools, such as people systems, case management solutions, and Level Up for skills tracking Strong English communication abilities, both written and spoken (B2+ level or above) Prior experience working within a multinational or matrix-based organizational setup Familiarity with HR analytics and practices based on data-driven decision-making Industry credentials in HR-related domains (such as CIPD or SHRM)
