Promotion BI Analyst

We are looking for a Promotion BI Analyst who will serve as a key support to the Promotions team, ensuring visibility and control over promotional campaign performance.

The role is central to delivering reporting, dashboards, and early performance signals that enable monitoring, optimization, and effective financial management of all promotional activity.

Responsibilities

- Assist in regular promotional reporting and performance tracking.

- Create and maintain dashboards for Sportsbook and Casino promotions.

- Detect early deviations in performance, costs, or behavior.

- Monitor bonus costs, ROI, and key efficiency metrics.

- Support deeper analysis and ad-hoc requests from Promotions and CRM.





- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

- Work closely with the Promotions Manager to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data roles.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools.

- Experience working with marketing, CRM, or promotions data.

- Ability to detect trends and anomalies early.

- Conversational English required.

Optional Qualifications

- iGaming experience.

- Advanced Portuguese.
